Red Phone Booth is looking for an assistant manager with strong hospitality and team-building skills. We are looking for a strong leader who is able to coach a motivated team of employees while keeping the goal of a positive guest experience at the forefront. This position requires a person who works, functions, and makes decisions with the culture, long-term success, and growth of the company in mind. The ideal candidate will possess a high skill level and knowledge of food and service execution, as well as the ability to balance daily operations. Prior restaurant experience with longevity is required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of prior supervisor or management experience
- Ability to train and perform all the positions
- Consistent use and execution of operating systems
- Scheduling front-of-the-house staff according to volume and projections.
- Understanding and performing opening and closing procedures
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, and basic math skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
