Bartender

1920’s style speakeasy is looking for skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic bartenders, cocktail servers, and runners to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities: 

To exceed expectations to create and maintain a memorable experience for all guests. Will serve food, drinks, and cigars to accommodate Guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner following Red Phone Booths’ Service Standards.

• Must always possess a positive attitude and maintain composure during stressful times.
• Must maintain a sales-building personality and comprehensive understanding of all menu items, make suggestions regarding food, drink, and service and only deliver products that maintain our goal of providing the most memorable experience.
• Must maintain a professional and sharp appearance following the RPB Uniform Standards.
• Represents themselves as role models with Guests, team members, vendors, and management at all times.
• Actively participates in assigned opening, continuous, closing side work and displays an understanding of teamwork and a sense of urgency and demonstrates it consistently.
• Provides a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience ensuring our goal of ‘exceeding each guest’s expectations.

As a Bartender Mixologist, you will demonstrate your mastery of mixology, creating unique and delightful cocktails that tantalize the taste buds of our esteemed guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to craft innovative flavor combinations will contribute to an unforgettable experience for every patron.

Responsibilities:

• Create and craft a wide range of innovative and artisanal cocktails using premium ingredients
• Develop and curate unique cocktail menus that showcase your creativity and expertise
• Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and cater to their preferences
• Maintain an impeccably clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure seamless and efficient beverage service
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously expand your mixology knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender Mixologist or in a similar role is required
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid responsible beverage service certification
