Antoiine Peychuad created this famous cocktail with his own “Peychuaud’s Bitters” in the mid 1800s/ Today, these same bitters combined with Red Phone Booth’s selection of Rye Whiskey, plus an Herbsaint rinse makes this New Orleans classic a little something special.
